Project Manager - Data & AI

We're partnering with a leading global professional services organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data & AI to drive the successful delivery of large-scale data, analytics and AI initiatives.


This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic programs that underpin enterprise decision-making, data-driven transformation and emerging AI capabilities. You'll work across a diverse stakeholder landscape, managing multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring strong governance, delivery excellence and business outcomes.


What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data, Analytics and AI programs
• Manage initiatives spanning data platforms, reporting, analytics, data governance and AI capabilities
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, budgets and resource forecasts
• Establish governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting frameworks
• Manage risks, dependencies, scope, financials and vendor performance across multiple projects
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
• Support organisational change, adoption and business readiness activities
• Drive benefits realisation and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, Digital or AI programs
• Strong project or program management expertise within complex enterprise environments
• Experience working across business and technology stakeholder groups at executive level
• Understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies and analytics ecosystems
• Strong governance, financial management and vendor management capability
• Experience delivering within Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data & AI services or comparable data platforms will be highly regarded

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data & Analytics or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project delivery certification
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs
• Experience engaging external implementation partners and multidisciplinary delivery teams
