Project Manager – Data Center

About the role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an established company in the construction sector that is looking to hire a Project Manager for a large-scale project: the construction of a Data Center in Zaragoza for a major international company.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the project's installation works, performing their planning, economic monitoring, and coordination with subcontracted companies.

• Study the installation project and propose possible changes or improvements.
• Plan and perform the economic monitoring of the installation budget item.
• Request quotes, prepare comparisons, and negotiate prices with manufacturers.
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the works of the installation subcontractors.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Project Manager.
• C1 English level is essential.
