Summary
Coordinates AI infrastructure deployment projects at customer data centres in Singapore: planning rollout schedules, overseeing on-site installation teams, monitoring progress, liaising with customers and technical stakeholders, and handling first-level escalations. Requires project management experience in data centre/IT infrastructure.
Salary: $5,000 – $5,500 per month

Basic Salary: $5000 - $5500
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate AI infrastructure deployment activities at customer Data Centres.
Coordinate deployment teams and oversee on-site installation activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure deployment tasks are completed according to schedule and requirements.
Check completed installation work to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Liaise with customers, technical teams and relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Identify potential project risks and assist in addressing deployment challenges.
Handle first-level escalations and follow up on project-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
Provide regular project updates and ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards and Data Centre site requirements.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in project management, coordination or infrastructure deployment within the AI, Data Centre or IT infrastructure industry
Data Centre safety awareness and compliance with site PPE requirements.
Willing to attend project-related training.
