Project Manager (Data Centre/Construction/MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data centre construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and provide updates on project status.
• Review and approve design documents, contracts, and change orders.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the data centre or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
