Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and data initiatives across enterprise environments. This role will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic business programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and technology projects.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risks.

• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

• Drive project governance, progress reporting, and executive-level communications.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project issues proactively.

• Lead project team members and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.

• Support organizational change management and transformation initiatives.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in technology, digital transformation, data, or enterprise initiatives.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in enterprise environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Exposure to government, public sector, regulated industries, or large enterprise projects is highly preferred.

• Experience driving change management and business transformation initiatives.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certifications are advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
