Project Manager - Data [Hybrid - Porto, Portugal]

We are looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager with solid experience in project management, planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed within the defined scope, deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

Tasks:

• Lead the different phases of projects, from initiation to closure and adoption.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution.
• Coordinate internal teams, resources, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, service levels, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
• Prepare regular project reports, identify improvement opportunities, and drive problem resolution.
• Plan and coordinate project communications, ensuring relevant information is shared with stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Build and coordinate project teams, defining roles, responsibilities, and individual assignments.
• Organize and manage all project phases, ensuring delivery within the agreed deadlines, budget, quality standards, and scope.
• Track project progress, identify risks and potential issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders at different organizational levels to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to achieving results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Analytical mindset, fact-based decision-making, and a people-oriented approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
