Project Manager (Data Warehouse) - 2 Yr Contract
Salary: $7,000 – $8,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an AI-powered Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
You will own the project from requirements gathering and tender preparation through vendor delivery, implementation and acceptance. This is an opportunity to lead a major enterprise data transformation while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the EDW project from planning and requirements through implementation and go-live.
Define project scope, business outcomes, KPIs, milestones, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops with business units to gather reporting, analytics, data and operational requirements.
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear BRDs, functional requirements and use cases.
Manage the open tender process, including scope, specifications, evaluation requirements and vendor deliverables.
Manage vendors and ensure delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards and contractual requirements.
Validate data integration, migration, reporting, dashboards, data quality and governance requirements.
Ensure PDPA, cybersecurity, information security and responsible AI requirements are incorporated into the solution.
Coordinate across business, IT and vendor teams to resolve project risks, issues and dependencies.
Support implementation, testing, acceptance and successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience delivering an Enterprise Data Warehouse, data platform, data integration or similar data & analytics project.
Strong project planning, stakeholder, documentation and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of data warehouse environments, ETL/data integration, data migration, data quality and governance.
Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI.
Understanding of data modelling and analytics/AI use cases.
Experience with tendering, procurement or first-time enterprise system implementation would be an advantage.
PMP or other relevant project management certification would be an advantage.
Able to provide support outside regular working hours when required during critical implementation or system activities.
