Project Manager

Job Description:

• Develop project management plans and schedules.

• Ensure implementation aligns with the project timeline.

• Direct and manage project development from conception to completion.

• Identify and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

• Track project milestones, documentation, and deliverables.

• Maintain communication and facilitate coordination with stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports.

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

• 1+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Knowledge of PMBOK, PMP, Kanban, or Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• High level of integrity, responsibility, and strong interpersonal character.
