Project Manager

Salary: ₱65,000 – ₱75,000 per month

About the role

The Project Manager is accountable for the success of projects to implement software Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for customers worldwide. The Project Manager will work with the Implementation Manager and a variety of other Datex team members to apply the ASAP implementation methodology to ensure success of Footprint implementations. The Project Manager plays an important role as the voice of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: You will work U.S. eastern standard time hours for this role.

Key responsibilities

• Fully understand the Datex ASAP Methodology for Footprint Implementation

• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

• Ensure each phase of ASAP is completed successfully as part customer Footprint implementations

• Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured

• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project

• Ensure any changes to project scope, timeline, resources, etc. are properly managed

• Ensure all signoffs are received when appropriate and stored in a secure location

• Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies used, including ASAP

• Identify, develop, and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist

About you

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but significant Project Management experience will be considered

• PMP certificate or proof of Project Management training preferred

• Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various software implementation projects in the field such as warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or similar

• Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes

• An ability to build strong relationships with customers - strong communication skills required

• Ability to be a liaison between customer business needs and the technology teams

• Ability to support several projects of differing complexity, including high profile, multi-phased implementations

• Solid work ethic geared towards proving high quality service to clients

• Skilled at prioritizing and organizing work

• Strong grasp of the English language, both written and spoken
