10 years in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM program or project management role Experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (CyberArk experience preferred but not mandatory). Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise programs. Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
