Project Manager (Debit Card Modernization) - 3697438 (Buffalo, NY)

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Project Manager with expertise in Debit Card Modernization position! This is an 6+ month contract with excellent potential to convert to FTE in Buffalo, NY.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain RAIDD logs, integrated project plans, milestones, and cross-workstream dependencies with clear ownership and accountability
• Support program governance by preparing executive materials, coordinating stakeholder inputs, documenting decisions, and driving action item follow-through
• Produce clear, concise executive-level status reports that synthesize information across multiple workstreams and highlight critical path items
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts, escalating appropriately to program leadership for resolution
• Support integrated planning efforts and lead re-planning/re-baselining activities across multiple workstreams as transformation evolves
• Track vendor and consultant commitments and deliverables, following up on at-risk items and driving accountability across partners
• Collaborate effectively with business, technology, and third-party teams to ensure alignment and successful execution in a complex transformation environment
• Leverage Jira, ServiceNow SPM, and Microsoft Planner to support planning, tracking, and execution across the program

What You'll Need to Have:

• Proven experience as a hands-on Project Manager supporting large-scale, complex transformation initiatives
• Strong proficiency in maintaining RAIDD logs, integrated plans, and managing cross-workstream dependencies in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to support program governance including materials preparation, decision documentation, and action tracking
• Excellent executive communication skills with ability to produce clear, synthesized status reporting across multiple workstreams
• Experience with integrated planning, re-baselining, and proactively identifying risks and schedule impacts
• Solid background tracking vendor/consultant deliverables and driving accountability across internal and external teams
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow SPM, and Microsoft Planner for project planning and execution
• Financial services industry experience, particularly with debit/card modernization, conversion, or platform migration initiatives (strongly preferred)

Pay Range: $40-45/hr
