Project Manager/ Delivery Manager (Airline/ Aviation Industry experience)

Salary: AUD 180000 per annum, Bonus

• Initial 12 months contract + extensions
• Experience in the Airline / Aviation industry required

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic airline commercial product initiative. This role will be accountable for driving outcomes from concept and business case development through to solution design, delivery, implementation, and operational handover.
The successful candidate will take ownership of project governance, planning, financial management, resource coordination, risk and issue management, vendor engagement, and executive reporting. They will be expected to drive decision-making, remove delivery impediments, and ensure successful implementation within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Min of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
• Previous airline/ aviation industry experience.
• Prior experience delivering airline commercial, retailing, loyalty, digital commerce, revenue management, pricing, ancillary, merchandising, upgrade, or customer experience initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-stream programmes involving business, operations, digital, and technology teams.
• Familiarity with airline / aviation systems platforms and integrations
• Excellent Communication Skills
