The primary purpose of this position is serve as a Project Manager within the technology development branch which conducts assessments of leading-edge technologies to develop and deliver potential Personnel Recovery (PR) Capabilities.

Manages technical development, engineering, experimentation of leading-edge technologies and the transformation of technology into a capability to meet end users' Personnel Recovery (PR) mission requirements. Serves as an agency liaison to USSOCOM, multiple DoD entities, Intelligence Community (IC) and industry partners regarding research and development of leading-edge technologies that could support Personnel Recovery mission area. Provides Systems Engineer (SE) discipline to 4-6 Technology Assessments (annually). Responsible for and actively manages the process that will successfully translate operational requirements into an integrated systems design solution.
