Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital solutions projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, project milestones, deliverables, and regular status reporting.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure quality deliverables and timely resolution of project issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT project management and digital solutions delivery.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, client relationships, budgets, and timelines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, system integration, and digital transformation projects.
• Experience in client-facing technology projects.
