Project Manager - Digital Product Delivery
Summary
Leads end-to-end delivery of digital government projects, coordinating agile teams, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and smooth launches.
What you’ll do
- Own and coordinate the integrated project plan, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros
- Partner closely with Product Manager & Product Owner on delivery, readiness and adoption
- Manage vendors, governance reporting, decision papers and stakeholder updates
- Lead SIT, UAT, ORT and cybersecurity assessments
- Support cutover, launch, defect triage and post-launch stabilisation
- Track budgets, procurement, contracts and payment milestones
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering digital systems or products end-to-end
- Strong coordination of risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and budgets
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Highly meticulous, organised and tenacious
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight timelines
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma is a plus
- Scrum Master / Product Owner / BA certifications are an advantage
- Degree/diploma in CS, IS, PM or related fields preferred
- Government / public-sector project experience is a strong bonus
