READY FOR YOUR NEXT BIG STEP?
You may be a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Change Coordinator or early-career Project Manager who is ready for more ownership, visibility and impact. At TIR, you will help take digital projects from a strong idea to a practical, adopted solution, working with people across the business and building the experience to accelerate your project career.
WHAT YOU WILL MAKE HAPPEN
· Coordinate and deliver digital transformation projects from discovery and planning through to implementation and review.
· Turn business needs into clear project scopes, milestones, actions and measurable outcomes.
· Bring stakeholders together, keep communication flowing and build shared ownership of delivery.
· Track schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits with discipline and transparency.
· Support process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, training, change readiness and user adoption.
· Partner with internal teams, technology specialists and external vendors to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
· Prepare practical project updates and decision papers that help leaders act with confidence.
· Capture lessons learned and contribute to stronger, more consistent project practices across TIR.
WHY THIS ROLE WILL ACCELERATE YOUR CAREER
· Visible, business-wide projects where your work will influence how people operate every day.
· Genuine end-to-end exposure, not just one narrow part of project delivery.
· The opportunity to learn from experienced leaders while being trusted to own outcomes.
· A varied environment spanning retail, operations, corporate services and technology.
· Room to bring curiosity, challenge the status quo and develop your own project leadership style.
ABOUT YOU
You do not need to have spent ten years managing major programs. We are looking for someone with strong foundations, sound judgement and the drive to grow. You will ideally bring:
· Hands-on experience supporting or leading business, technology, systems or process-improvement projects.
· A practical understanding of project delivery methods and the confidence to adapt them to the situation.
· Excellent organisation, follow-through and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
· Clear, engaging communication skills and the confidence to work with people at all levels.
· A collaborative style that builds trust, asks good questions and turns ambiguity into action.
· Confidence using Microsoft 365 and project planning, collaboration or reporting tools.
· Relevant tertiary qualifications or training in project management, business, technology or change management are valued, but practical capability matters most.
