Project Manager – Digital

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Working closely with clients, designers, developers, digital marketers and the directors, you will act as the central point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Skills and Experience
Essential
Proven experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency, creative agency, IT or professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence communicating with clients, technical specialists and senior management.
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
Ability to interpret project briefs and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing risks.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience using project management and collaboration software.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability.
Desirable
Experience managing website design and development projects, particularly WordPress websites.
Understanding of custom software development and digital project workflows.
Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, branding and design processes.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban or other project management methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Avaza, Asana, ClickUp, Jira or Monday.com.
Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, website launches and ongoing support handovers.
Relevant qualification in project management, business, communications or a related discipline.
