Summary
Oversee interior fit-out construction projects, coordinating contractors, timelines, budgets, and safety to deliver on-schedule, on-budget work.
- Manage Interior fit out works project
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
- Project coordination of various trade works Sub-contractors on site
- Coordination with Main Contractor / Client for work schedule and technical installation details
- Manage of site progress to ensure completion of works as per contract schedule.
- Safety management of the project.
- Time and cost management of the project.
