Help shape the future of advertising at Schibsted

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Ad Solutions team within Schibsted Marketing Services for a 12-month temporary position, working across projects within DTO (Data, Tech and Operations) and the wider organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on creating structure, enabling progress, and connecting people and processes across functions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with clear alignment — contributing to Schibsted’s mission to fund independent journalism across the Nordics.

What you’ll be doing

As Project Manager in DTO, you’ll oversee and drive projects that cut across product, tech, commercial, and operational areas — ensuring progress, transparency, and impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects and workstreams across multiple stakeholders

  • Create structure and drive progress by defining timelines, deliverables, and milestones

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between product, tech, and business units

  • Support prioritization and ensure dependencies and risks are identified and handled proactively

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for relevant forums (e.g., steerco)

  • Contribute to building efficient ways of working within DT&O — improving processes, documentation, and communication routines

Who we think you are

You are a structured and proactive person who enjoys turning complex initiatives into clear plans and measurable progress. You likely have experience managing projects in a digital, product, or technology-driven environment — or you’ve worked as a consultant driving similar change processes.

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Hold an MSc or equivalent degree in business or another relevant field

  • Are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities

  • Have strong communication skills and can translate between business and technical stakeholders

  • Enjoy working collaboratively and facilitating progress across different disciplines

  • Are comfortable leading meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on actions

  • Bring experience or curiosity for digital products, advertising, or ad tech

What we offer

  • A supportive team with strong product and tech expertise—and space to grow

  • Professional development through learning sessions, internal mobility, and mentorship

  • Meaningful work that helps fund high-quality journalism in the Nordics

Location

  • Oslo or Stockholm
