Manages and plans the organization's projects and initiatives in accordance with the scope of work, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring the achievement of strategic and institutional targets. Supervises project implementation stages, tracks schedules, resources, budgets, and quality levels, and ensures compliance with approved plans and standards. Also handles project-related risks and challenges, coordinates the work of teams, stakeholders, and relevant entities to ensure integrated efforts and smooth execution. Prepares and monitors project progress reports, measures performance, results, and impacts, and takes necessary corrective and improvement actions to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and manage projects in accordance with approved objectives, scope, and deliverables, and prepare execution plans, timelines, and required resources to ensure target results are achieved.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, design, and execution, up to handover and closure, ensuring all approved requirements and deliverables are met.
- Manage project scope, costs, and budget, track the utilization of financial and human resources, and ensure work is executed within approved budgets and limits.
- Monitor project performance by measuring completion rates and key performance indicators, analyzing deviations from the schedule, budget, or technical plans, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage project-related risks, challenges, and obstacles, identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop response and mitigation plans to ensure execution continuity.
- Manage and coordinate among stakeholders, partners, and relevant entities, ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and project requirements, and enhance integration and cooperation during execution.
- Supervise project team members, suppliers, and consultants, guide them, monitor their performance levels, and ensure compliance with the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and approved standards.
- Prepare and review periodic project reports and submit them to relevant management, including progress, achievements, costs, risks, challenges, required decisions, and recommendations.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables, compliance with approved methodologies and standards, application of best project management practices, and documentation of lessons learned for future projects.
- Measure the impact and outcomes achieved by projects post-implementation, ensuring their contribution to achieving the organization's strategic objectives and institutional targets.
