The Amsterdam office is a hub for pan-European delivery, combining continental reach with local knowledge, supply chains and standards.Their recent work includes Ohpen, a 10,000 sq ft workplace transformation across three connected buildings in Central Amsterdam, alongside pan-European projects for clients including Revolut, Checkout.com and Mr Green.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager, fluent in Dutch and English, to lead the on-site delivery of commercial workplace fit-out projects across the Netherlands and Central & Western Europe.This is a senior, client-facing role with full ownership of project delivery from handover through to practical completion and close-out. You will manage programme, cost, quality and health & safety, while acting as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, landlords and local authorities.The OpportunityYou will join the pan-European delivery team from the Amsterdam office, working on high-profile workplace fit-out projects for major international clients, with your Dutch skills central to managing local supply chains, authorities and site relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of project delivery from handover through to practical completion, snagging and close-outManage programme, cost control, quality and health & safety compliance throughout the construction phaseCoordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, including multi-trade sequencing on live sitesAct as the primary client-facing contact on site, managing expectations and reporting on progressLiaise in Dutch with landlords, local authorities and subcontractors on permits, access and site logisticsManage site inductions, RAMS and compliance with Dutch health & safety regulations (Arbowet)Oversee variations and change control, working closely with the commercial team on valuations and cost reportingProduce regular progress reports for clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure comprehensive handover documentation and a smooth transition to client occupationTravel to project sites across the Netherlands and Benelux as requiredAbout YouYou are a hands-on, commercially aware Project Manager with a track record of delivering commercial fit-out projects to a high standard.
