- Coordinate and schedule jobs with e2Companies' commissioning team, contractors, and customers.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, metrics, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
- Track and report project costs against budget, including current spend and projected cost to completion, flagging variances early.
- Provide project leadership, direction, and feedback; motivate teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate project status to executives and key stakeholders.
- Create quotes and bids for future projects.
- Schedule shipping and receiving of parts and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of project management experience on commercial, industrial, or utility-scale construction projects
- Proven experience managing the construction project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling through field execution and closeout
- Experience tracking and reporting project budgets, including current cost position and estimated cost to completion (ETC / EAC)
- Experience coordinating external contractors and vendors on active construction sites
- Working knowledge of transformer installation and the high voltage process steps involved in energizing and commissioning a site
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with common computer applications and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Project delivery experience with any of the following: power system infrastructure, utility construction, battery energy storage systems (BESS), microgrids, or distributed energy resources (DER)
- Experience on data center construction projects, or comparable mission-critical or large-scale facility projects
- Familiarity with utility interconnection processes and NFPA 70E requirements
- Understanding of design and manufacturing processes
