What you’ll do:

The primary function of the job is managing all the project implementation and services within the country.
A. Implement all the awarded projects.
B. Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope ad contract schedule.
C. Manage all third parties involve in a project.
D. Exercise a solution all the difficulties in the project activities
E. Collaborate with solution team to work on any dissipate in the scope of project.
F. Monitor all the project works and ensure all the quality is within the acceptance based on the company standard.
G. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering

  • Minimum 8+ years of Electrical Switchboard, UPS, and Modular Prefabricated Power Train Units / E-house project management experience

  • Hands-on experience in Power Distribution (switchboard) and Power Quality products (UPS), ideally starting as a service engineer

  • Knowledge of various electrical engineering systems across industries such as data centers, commercial, mining, and utilities

  • Familiarity with switchboard / panel builder manufacturing processes

  • Familiarity with IEC 61439 and IEC 62271 standards

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in switchboard and UPS testing, commissioning, and service activities is an advantage

  • Experience managing Prefabricated Power Train Units, including system configuration, structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC design

  • Ability to read electrical drawings and use AutoCAD
