Project Manager

• 6 month role
• Brisbane CBD location
• Queensland Government client

This role works directly to the Chief Procurement Officer and is responsible for project management, transformation and support related to the Procurement Uplift project, including but not limited to implementation of Queensland Procurement Solution (VendorPanel) and SAP S4Hana.

• Coordinate VendorPanel and SAP S/4HANA integration, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams
• Drive change management and business process improvement, translating manual procurement workflows into modern digital platforms

Preferred Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Officer, or Senior Project Support professional in complex transformation or systems implementation projects
• Strong business process improvement skills, with experience translating manual processes into digital workflows and managing system and data migrations
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities, including workshop facilitation, risk and issue management, and the capacity to influence across organisational levels

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• While qualifications are not mandatory for this role, agile project management certification, project management qualifications and procurement certifications or similar will be highly regarded.
• Procurement qualification or demonstrated procurement systems experience
• Direct experience with VendorPanel, Queensland Procurement Solution, SAP, or SAP S/4HANA implementation
