Project Manager (Educational Facilities) | Orchard

Summary

Project Manager plans and oversees school facility upgrades, reviewing designs, managing contractors, and ensuring projects meet budget and regulatory standards.

Job Scope:

  • Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities
  • Evaluate consultants’ design proposals to fulfil operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs
  • Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes
  • Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction contracts
  • Enhance partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services
  • Responsible, hardworking and efficient in carrying out the tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

  • Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the building industry and building regulations
  • Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Understand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughout the project lifecycle.


Contract Period: 14 September 2026 to 31 May 2027

Working Hours: Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 6pm

Location: Orchard

Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
