Project Manager (EduTech) – Chinese Speaking

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to manage education technology projects end-to-end. This role requires regular interaction with Chinese-speaking customers, partners, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery for EduTech implementations (from kickoff to go-live and post-deployment support)
Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, handling discussions, updates, and issue resolution in Chinese
Communicate confidently with customers and potential customers to understand requirements and expectations
Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, AI, QA, support) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Prepare project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation
Track project risks, dependencies, and changes, and proactively resolve issues
Support pre-sales or pilot discussions when required, especially with Chinese-speaking prospects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory – spoken and written
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in EduTech, SaaS, or Technology companies
Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience working with schools, universities, or education groups
Understanding of AI-based or digital learning platforms
Experience working with China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Southeast Asian markets
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (optional)
