Project Manager (EduTech) – Chinese Speaking

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to manage education technology projects end-to-end. This role requires regular interaction with Chinese-speaking customers, partners, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for EduTech implementations (from kickoff to go-live and post-deployment support)

• Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, handling discussions, updates, and issue resolution in Chinese

• Communicate confidently with customers and potential customers to understand requirements and expectations

• Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, AI, QA, support) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

• Prepare project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation

• Track project risks, dependencies, and changes, and proactively resolve issues

• Support pre-sales or pilot discussions when required, especially with Chinese-speaking prospects

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory – spoken and written

• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in EduTech, SaaS, or Technology companies

• Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience working with schools, universities, or education groups

• Understanding of AI-based or digital learning platforms

• Experience working with China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Southeast Asian markets

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (optional)
