Project Manager

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of studio projects, from setup to decommissioning, as well as the business-as-usual activities of the teams, in a fast-paced online casino environment. You will coordinate with studio technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure that AV technology and infrastructure are procured, installed, and dismantled efficiently while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal teams to plan and oversee the delivery of studio projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.

  • Coordinate with Studio Technicians to ensure AV equipment is procured, installed, disassembled and stored per project requirements.

  • Assist in the assignment of tasks to studio technicians, optimizing resource allocation across multiple projects.

  • Liaise with production, engineering, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Ensure all studio setups meet technical and operational standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

  • Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or technical failures.

  • Continuously evaluate workflows and propose efficiency improvements for studio operations.

  • Ensure that all studio installations comply with regulatory, safety, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in service/project delivery.

  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and allocate tasks effectively within a technical team.

  • Basic understanding of and experience in AV equipment, studio infrastructure, and broadcasting technology is considered an asset.

  • Quick decision-making skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving studio environments.

  • Familiarity with health & safety standards is a plus.
