Project Manager – Efficacy and Program Office

Salary: No contractor fees / two pay runs per week

Contract to 30/06/2027 | Berrinba, QLD | $109.38 per hour inc. super

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Project Manager. In this role you will manage and coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to support the successful delivery of a large-scale environmental eradication program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across assigned workstreams

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement activities

• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and risk registers

• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

• Translate efficacy strategy into deliverable outcomes

• Support program governance and compliance requirements

• Facilitate project meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and frameworks

About You

• Demonstrated experience in project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in risk management and issue resolution

• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems

• Relevant qualifications in project management or a related discipline
