Project Manager – Efficacy and Program Office
Summary
Manage timelines, budgets, and risks for a large-scale environmental eradication program using project management frameworks and reporting tools.
Salary: No contractor fees / two pay runs per week
Contract to 30/06/2027 | Berrinba, QLD | $109.38 per hour inc. super
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Project Manager. In this role you will manage and coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to support the successful delivery of a large-scale environmental eradication program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across assigned workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement activities
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and risk registers
Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Translate efficacy strategy into deliverable outcomes
Support program governance and compliance requirements
Facilitate project meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and frameworks
About You
Demonstrated experience in project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in risk management and issue resolution
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
Relevant qualifications in project management or a related discipline
