Project Manager
Summary
Oversee bridge maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi, coordinating teams, contractors, and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting safety and quality standards.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and supervise bridge maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the overall bridge maintenance project and site activities.
- Planning and monitoring project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Managing engineers, supervisors, technicians, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Coordinating with the client, consultant, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitoring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
- Managing bridge maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, structural, concrete, painting, and other related works.
- Resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Preparing and reviewing project progress reports and documentation.
- Ensuring timely completion and handover of the project.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of experience.
- Strong experience in Bridge Maintenance and/or Bridge Construction.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager on bridge/infrastructure projects.
- Experience in ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) bridge projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of UAE bridge and road infrastructure works.
- Experience dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Arabic speaker is highly preferred.
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
- Must own a car.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
