Job Summary
We are looking for Project Managers specialising in Electrical, ACMV, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works to manage and oversee New Build and A&A projects.
Candidates with experience in Electrical, ACMV, or P&S works are welcome to apply. Experience in one discipline is sufficient, while candidates with M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) experience covering multiple disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and coordinate project activities, resources and work schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Review drawings, technical submissions and project specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
Lead site coordination and resolve technical or site issues.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Ensure works comply with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
Guide and support the project team to achieve project objectives.
Prepare project documentation, reports and progress updates.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
Relevant experience in managing Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), or M&E works for New Build and/or A&A projects.
Strong project coordination and site management skills.
Able to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications and technical documents.
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple project requirements and work independently.
