Project Manager, Electrical (Construction)
Summary
Oversee electrical construction projects in Central Singapore, managing teams, budgets, and schedules from start to handover while coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders.
We are looking for a Project Manager (Electrical) to lead the full delivery of electrical works for a major new project in Central Singapore. You will manage the project team, subcontractors, budget, and schedule from inception to handover.

Responsibilities:
- Drive overall project management, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Manage engineers, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors.
- Handle monthly payment claims, variation orders (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to mitigate site issues.
- Manage approvals for MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, and RFIs.
- Lead testing, commissioning, OMM handover, and the DLP programme.
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of electrical project management experience in construction.
- Subcontractor construction background is strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of HV/LV systems, cabling, switchboards, and transformers.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is a major plus.
