Felix Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Project Manager is to ensure the accessibility and traceability of job materials. Typically requires familiarity of electrical components/material and project management. Our projects vary in size and scope and are located throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area ($250k - $50M). The ideal candidate can communicate and work well with all levels of personnel and has strong math and analytical skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety officers, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all other related parties involved in projects.
  • Work with superintendents and quality control staff to coordinate and effectively manage all reports, budgets, material schedules, work schedules, equipment purchases.
  • Process changes order requests, and related project administrative documents.
  • Generate effective and accurate submittals.
  • Review and prepare Operations and Maintenance manuals.
  • Professionally represent the company.
  • Work out of Felix’s Phoenix office but frequent site visits are required.
  • Who You Are

    All applicants must have a great attitude. Experience in the water/wastewater industry, industrial or heavy civil construction desired. Experience with electrical controls is a plus. Exposure to industrial electrical is required.

    • College degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent years of experience in industrial electrical construction experience.
    • Electrical experience in the Water/Wastewater market is strongly preferred.
    • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in order to maximize efficiency.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of NFPA codes and inspection procedures.
    • Knowledge of electrical design, installation and/procurement.
    • Clean driving record.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
    • Strong work ethic.
