PROJECT MANAGER - ELECTRICAL

Take overall responsibility for Electrical, ELV and IT cabling project delivery

Monitor project programme, budget, manpower, procurement and site progress

Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors

Oversee technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, inspections, testing and commissioning

Coordinate Electrical and ELV interfaces, containment, equipment rooms and network infrastructure

Identify project risks, delays, additional works and variation claims

Ensure compliance with contractual, quality and safety requirements

Electrical & ELV Engineer

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience

Strong experience in managing large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial or M&E projects in Singapore

Good knowledge of HT/LV electrical systems, ELV systems and IT structured cabling

Familiar with structured cabling, fibre-optic and copper cabling, MDF/IDF rooms, network racks, CCTV, access control, intercom and other ELV systems

Good knowledge of local codes, authority requirements and testing and commissioning procedures

Able to manage project planning, cost, progress, quality, safety and manpower

Able to lead project managers, engineers, coordinators, subcontractors and site teams

Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients, consultants and main contractors

Experience in progress claims, variation orders, procurement and subcontractor management
