Project Manager (Electrical) /M&E @Central
Summary
Oversee M&E project execution for data centres, managing timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and client deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure are completed on time & within budget.
- Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
- Lead a teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- A contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure all M&E work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions
- Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Min at least 5 years of Project Management in M&E and involved in Data Centre projects.
