Manages electrical projects end to end for an M&E contractor in Singapore — planning, design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning and handover — coordinating clients, consultants and subcontractors while keeping schedules, budgets, specifications and WSH compliance on track. Requires 7+ years of electrical project management experience.
- Manage electrical projects from planning and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring completion within agreed schedules, budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on technical submissions, electrical drawings, procurement and site execution.
- Oversee electrical distribution and installation works, including switchboards, cabling, lighting and associated electrical systems, while monitoring project progress, costs, resources and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, project specifications, contractual obligations and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, maintaining project documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in electrical project management within the M&E contracting, construction, commercial, industrial or building-services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchboards, cabling, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, contract administration, cost control and WSH requirements.
