Project Manager (Electrical) | Major Infrastructure Projects

Our client, an established engineering company in Singapore, is seeking experienced Project Managers (Electrical) to manage the delivery of large-scale electrical engineering and infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of electrical construction and installation projects.
- Define project scope, deliverables, schedules and key milestones.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, costs and expenditure.
- Manage Variation Orders and control project financial performance.
- Oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and project teams.
- Monitor planned versus actual project progress.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with approved specifications, statutory requirements and applicable standards.
- Manage electrical systems including LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems.
- Lead testing, commissioning and final handover activities.
- Manage as-built drawings and operation manuals.
- Implement project safety requirements, risk assessments and contingency plans.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and relevant authorities.
- Resolve technical, site and coordination issues throughout project execution.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical systems, including project management and engineering responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems.
- Experience in electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Able to manage contractors, project budgets and schedules.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Annual bonus equivalent to approximately 1 month basic salary

- S$550 monthly transport allowance when using own vehicle, or company vehicle subject to company arrangement
