Sapio has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Electronic Security Team. The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of assigned Integrated Systems projects - on time and on budget - and to ensure all work is done to the highest standard and completed in line with the contractual obligations to our clients.
On any given day it is essential that you
- Deliver an excellent customer experience using your communication, site management, and product knowledge.
- Ensure delivery of the project on time and budget.
- Ensure all materials records and appropriate documentation is accurate and completed and on time.
- Ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures relating to Sapio's operation.
- Leverage the relationship with customer(s) to maximise variations on project and ongoing opportunity for upgrades, service, maintenance and monitoring contracts.
- Support the Project department through compliance to the work schedule and participation to meet project timelines, milestones, and delivery dates.

What you need to succeed:
ESSENTIAL
- Current Drivers Licence.
- QLD Security Licence.
- Cabling Licence.
- Working With Children Card.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE
- A history of working on large integrated installations in a variety of environments (commercial, industrial).
- IP Networks.
- A range of IP CCTV systems.
- A positive and motivated attitude.
- A customer focused approach with demonstrated success in exceeding client expectations by going "the extra mile”.
We also expect you to bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to obtain site clearances as required.
- A proven and successful history of working on and maintaining large integrated installations in a variety of environments (commercial, industrial).
- Able to mentor and guide field service technicians.
