Project Manager

Ellingson is hiring for a Project Manager to join their growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Expedited project initiation and pre-construction planning to the degree that all projects can be effectively and successfully executed.
• Monitor work project schedule and job-cost daily to assure project profitability.
• Assure Customer expectations are met or exceeded in a manner that maximizes profitability.
• Promote and support the Ellingson Core Values through modeling the desired behaviors and communicating and reinforcing the messages through daily activities and interactions.

Requirements:

• Limited to moderate travel.
• Ability to work in an office environment.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience in underground utility construction required.
• Experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling or Trenchless applications is preferred.
• Required skills include but are not limited to effective communication, problem solving, analytical, adaptability, positive attitude, team player.
