The role of Project Manager entails overseeing and managing the governance and execution of Transaction Monitoring models, ensuring compliance with regulatory commitments. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in model management, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements, bringing significant experience to the position.
Main Responsibilities:
Owning and maintaining the model management roadmap.
Driving model prioritisation activities.
Coordinating model validation activities effectively.
Partnering with various stakeholders for compliance clarity.
Defining model governance priorities and success measures.
Maintaining an understanding of the model lifecycle.
Overseeing tracking and closure of model findings and commitments.
Understanding dependencies across different capabilities.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in governance and oversight of Transaction Monitoring models.
Strong understanding of regulatory commitments and financial crime strategy.
Ability to translate business needs into prioritised validation plans.
Experience collaborating with Model Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
Strong documentation and tracking capabilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with Quantexa platform solutions.
Previous transaction monitoring experience.
