Summary
Project Manager on a long-term banking project (B2B, hybrid across Łódź/Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia): leads complex initiatives covering AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, data management, information sharing and IGA, handling governance, risk, change management and team coaching. Pays up to 140 PLN/h net + VAT.

Long-term project
Main Responsibilities
Lead initiatives of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
Design and organize effective execution setups.
Conduct change management activities including risk management and escalations.
Coach individuals and teams to enhance team performance.
Coordinate multiple interconnected areas, managing outsourcing and regulatory challenges.
Drive implementation of changes across business areas and legal entities.
Facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and change management.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment.
Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and business functions.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
AML / Financial Crime Prevention
KYC & Transaction Monitoring
Regulatory & Compliance Change
Data Management & Data Sourcing
Information Sharing
Outsourcing & Third-Party Management
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Banking or Financial Services
