Summary: The Deputy Project Manager plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing PAM (Privileged Access Management) project deliveries. The position focuses on ensuring effective governance, stakeholder coordination, and project progress while mitigating risks and supporting senior management communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of PAM project deliveries.

  • Ensure compliance with governance standards.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across DevOps and PAM Onboarding teams.

  • Support risk mitigation and adherence to governance.

  • Prepare senior management reporting materials.

  • Assist track leads in maintaining project momentum.

  • Drive change management initiatives and facilitate communication.

Key Requirements:

  • PM experience in large-scale IT/Banking projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

  • Exposure to Privileged Access Management.

  • Knowledge of CyberArk.

  • Familiarity with Jira.

  • Proficiency in executive reporting.

  • Structured execution mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Additional PM experience in large-scale IT/Banking.

  • Enhanced stakeholder management capabilities.
