Project Manager
Summary
Part-time Project Manager on a short B2B contract (Oct–Jan) overseeing agile transformation and automation initiatives remotely, with a focus on infrastructure and automation design.
A new opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a dynamic team for a short time project from October to January. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, as the engagement framework will be developed further during the project.
The position can be performed remotely, and proficiency in English is essential, with German being a desirable asset.
Project Details:
Workload: part time (2 days per week)
Contract: B2B, from october to January
Working model: remote
Budget: 180-200 zł/h
Main Responsibilities:
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
Oversee agile transformation processes.
Develop project plans and coordinate activities.
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to standards.
Support the automation initiatives across various work packages.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in agile environments.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure and automation design.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience with automation implementation and deployment processes.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with NKP design and deployment.
Experience overseeing automation sprints.
Proficiency in German.
