Project Manager
Summary
A contract Project Manager will drive a workflow system implementation on-site in Måløv, Denmark — running workshops, managing internal and external resources, coordinating developers on system integrations, and supporting training, change management, and documentation. Pharma experience and collaboration with scientists are core to the role.
We are seeking a Project Manager for a workflow system implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure momentum, progress, and completion of workflow workshops and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee project workshops and ensure timely completion
Manage resources, including internal teams and external project managers
Coordinate with developers and specialists for system connections
Support training efforts and change management initiatives
Document standard operating procedures and maintain a governed project database
Key Requirements:
Proven project management experience
Previous experience in collaborating with scientists
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of finishing projects
A proactive and driven mindset
Pharma experience
