Project Manager (Embedded Systems)
Summary
Oversees embedded systems projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while fostering client relationships and managing cross-functional teams with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
- Plan, manage, and monitor project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
- Act as the customer’s trusted partner, developing relationships and identifying additional service opportunities and business insights
- Tailor project delivery models to match customer needs and apply best project management practices
- Conduct portfolio risk analysis, proactively manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Be a people manager, execute the company's people management practices, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies
- Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project achievements
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
- Proven risk management and strong leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams
- Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI practices across projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience in embedded projects will be a plus
