Summary

Manages robotics and automation projects from planning to delivery, coordinating resources, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time equipment installation and quality control.

The role involves managing automation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. The Project Manager / Engineer oversees technical design reviews, equipment inspection, and quality control, ensuring solutions meet client specifications and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include expediting materials and components, coordinating logistics for on-time delivery, and liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues quickly. The role also includes preparing project documentation, progress reports, and risk assessments, while supporting commissioning, testing, and handover of robotic and automation systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or a related technical field.
  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to secure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management for handling shipments, warehousing, and on-site material flow.
  • Hands-on Inspection experience for equipment, installations, and system testing.
  • Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or logistics automation projects is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and system layouts.
