Job Overview
Manufactures and assembles various products per established facility processes, troubleshoots problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment.
Job Requirements
- Coordinating equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
- Operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products and overseeing the work of more junior technicians.
- Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Modifying existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement; providing quality control and in-process production testing.

Academic Background
- Industrial Engineering Degree (Bachelor's or Master's level)
Experience
- Less than 1 year of professional experience (entry-level)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Project Management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
