Responsibilities
- Support project planning efforts by helping define project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor project progress and facilitate communication
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions
- Track the development of engineering and architectural deliverables
- Assist with project quality management activities and coordinate internal review processes
- Support project financial management by tracking budgets and monitoring performance
- Help identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience
- Experience working with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial
- Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls
- Strong organizational and communication skills
