PROJECT MANAGER
Summary
Lead end-to-end semiconductor facility and high-tech equipment installation projects, managing budgets, cross-department coordination (Engineering, HSE, Procurement), and client/vendor relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of semiconductor facility and other High-tech sector equipment installation projects.
- Serve as the overall project lead, managing coordination between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor and control project budget, cost forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internally across departments including Engineering, HSE, Procurement, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and actively promote a safe working culture.
- Define project KPIs and provide leadership, guidance, and technical oversight to the project team.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project progress.
Requirement
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Engineering,construction, Management or equivalent
- Min. 3 years’ managerial experience in Semiconductor sector, pharmaceutical or EPC
- Proven track record in the engineering industries
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
