Project Manager leading end-to-end ERP implementations for clients of Achieve Without Borders, an Odoo and Google partner. You scope and plan projects, lead developers and consultants through go-live, manage timelines/budgets/quality, and act as the primary client contact. Full-time, office-based in Makati.

The Mission
As our Project Manager, you are the bridge between complex business problems and elegant technical solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams (Developers & Consultants) to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations that change the way our clients work.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Lifecycle: Lead ERP projects from initial scoping and planning through to a successful "Go-Live."
Bridge the Gap: Translate messy business needs into clean, actionable project plans.
Manage the "Triple Constraint": Keep timelines tight, budgets on track, and quality high.
Be the Client Advocate: Act as the primary point of contact, managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder "Raves."
Mitigate & Solve: Identify roadblocks before they become disasters and implement creative solutions to keep the team moving.
What You Bring to the Table:
ERP Expertise: 2–4 years of experience specifically managing ERP implementations (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
Process Knowledge: You understand how a business actually breathes (Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing).
Methodology: Comfortable with both Agile/Scrum and traditional PM frameworks.
Communication: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical CEOs with ease.
Location: Ability to work full-time at our Makati office.
