Project Manager – ERP

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to join a major global ERP transformation programme within a leading international luxury retail organization.

You will play a key role in driving the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation, coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams from planning and testing through to cutover, go-live and hypercare.

This is a delivery-focused Project Management role, rather than a hands-on technical Dynamics position. You will act as a key bridge between business teams, technology teams, senior stakeholders and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery, ensuring key milestones, scope, timelines and dependencies are effectively managed.

• Coordinate multiple business, functional and technical workstreams.

• Drive SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing, ensuring defects, blockers and dependencies are clearly tracked and resolved.

• Own and coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare activities.

• Manage project risks, actions, issues and dependencies (RAID).

• Coordinate activities across data migration, system integration, testing and business readiness.

• Work closely with external system integrators and technology partners.

• Provide clear project status, risk and decision reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

• Proactively identify delivery risks, challenge blockers and drive actions through to resolution.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.

• Strong track record delivering large-scale ERP implementation or transformation programmes.

• Strong experience across SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional and cross-regional workstreams.

• Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID and dependency management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating system integrators, vendors and third-party partners.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced regional or global transformation environment.
